All iPads Pro 13" M4 or Air 13'' M2 - digital art

Hi,
Ive been thinking about bying an iPad, my first one, my first tablet too.

My plans what I use it for :
Extra display, easy use of imessage.
Netflix and other stream services.
Note taking when studying.
Digital art : drawing and editing photos.

I wonder if Air is enough, especially with the digital art using in mind.
