So it’s almost Pre-order time here are a few fast tips.

#1. Use Apple Pay even if your Apple Pay is limited you can always split the payments between 2 credit or debit cards but letter bank know of the transactions so they don’t get blocked. $800 at 2am on a Wednesday tends to be suspicious and out of the ordinary.
#2. Have a throw away item in your cart ahead of time this item or items can always be returned for a refund later Apple’s system gives priority to carts with more stuff especially make sure the items are readily in stock.
#3. Buy something cheap and returnable the day before just to make sure your account and billing are setup properly you don’t want to waste precious time during checkout doing some kind of Text Code verification only to find out you have entered an old number you don’t even use anymore.
#4. Use an Apple product MacBook or iPad to checkout Apple gives priority to its own devices during checkout.
#5. You only have 1 chance to pick your item and checkout there is no going backward and deciding you really want a 256GB White Silver ProMax not a 512GB Matte Black Pro Max.

I am estimating the iPhone 13 ProMAX with 120hz Display will be in High demand and Short supply.

Never had issues in the past getting one delivered for launch day. Just be ready to go on Apple's website/app when pre-orders open and know exactly what model/colour/storage you're going for and you should be fine. Never had to resort to the methods OP has mentioned.

If I am planning on purchasing 2 phones, am I better off placing each order individually or carting both and then checking out?

Just curious - what makes you think having multiple cart items matters?

Thanks for starting this topic! I thought I had already added my Apple Card for Apple Pay but had not.

Q about that - My perception is ordering on an iPhone is faster than from my MacBook Pro.
Have you noticed that too, or was that just a coincidence?
