Has anyone been able to get proactive music to work? Ever since I downloaded the first public beta whenever I connect my phone to my Bluetooth or when i plug in my headphones music doesn't automatically start which sucks cause I really got used to since the first iOS 9 public beta.

Ok where is it hiding then?
It wasn't in public Beta 1 and it's still missing in public Beta 2.
If you look in Settings/General/Handoff & Suggested apps the only toggle is for Handoff. Suggested Apps is missing.

It's not auto firing up a playlist or anything for me. But it does put Music as the suggested app on the bottom left corner of the lock screen when plugging in headphones.

On neither of my devices (iPad Air 2, iPhone 6s) I don't get nothing not even the music as the preferred app

Darned thing works for me sometimes even if I don't want it to, and to be honest I never do. Annoyingly it will just play anything random from my library, not even the last playlist or album I was listening to so I find it of little use. But everyone's different I guess

I rarely if ever listen to playlists or individual albums I for the most part just hit shuffle on all my songs so its real useful for me.

As I said, everyone's different. To be honest it works for me almost every time I connect to my wagon stereo by Bluetooth, but rarely almost never when connecting to my car system. Weird.
