Proactive search suddenly stop functioning

today, the spotlight proactive search just disappeared, I could only get Siri suggestions (contacts and apps) when I swipe left on home screen.

Anyone here has the same experience?

Quite strange.. They don't seem to be working here either.. Let's hope they sort this out soon enough.

Working just fine in my iPhone 6. Although I turned off Siri suggestion from the Settings> General> Spotlight Search. You can try turning it off and on.
