Problem after importing vCards to Addressbook (4.1.1)

Trying to export my (PC) Outlook contacts to my phone. When i drag and drop the vcards to my pc desktop I end up with .msg files that can't be used. I then e-mailed my vcards to gmail in groups, extracted them on my macbook and imported them in Addressbook and then end up with the below HTML-code(?) under Notes (on all cards), which is also shown on the phone in all the imported contacts. Anyone had the same problem?
