Problem after synching iphone with mac from pc..

Hi experts,

I have iphone 3g with 3.0.1 firmware on it. It is jailbroken and unlocked and was working fine. I use to sync it with a pc and then I got a new mac and then synched it with itunes on mac.Now I can see all the songs on the iphone in itunes connected to mac,but not able to play any of the songs from the iphone through itunes. Also all my custom ringtones are gone and when I tried to create a new ringtone and sync it, it shows up under the ringtone tree in itunes but not under the sounds tab in iphone.Please help me to fix the issue.
