iOS Problem after update to 3.1.1

After I updated my iPod touch first generation to 3.1.1
I can't test apps on device
What should I do?

Your Device Support folder doesn't look quite right. I have a Folder '3.1 (7C144)' while you have a similar folder '3.1 (7C116a)' However, I'm on Leopard, not SL.

Is your installation a GM 3.1 SDK installation or a 3.1 beta installation? Maybe you need to do a complete uninstall and then install the latest GM 3.1 SDK.
