Sorry for repeating myself, but I'm still having problems with backing up my iPad using iTunes. I have attached a couple of files but I don't think that they are of much worth.

Is it possible to uninstall iTunes and reinstall to see if I can solve the problem? Could it be related to a system error which I am also having problems with. I ran "Maintenance" and it tells me that the boot disk needs to be restored. I have also attached that file.

Thanking you in advance

Sorry, I'm not fluent in Japanese so can't understand much from your attached files. But I can tell you that yes, you can uninstall and reinstall iTunes and see if that helps.

Thank you. Finally took both MacBook Pro and iPad to Apple store and their techs couldn't work out what was wrong either. However, was able to do an iCloud backup which I was able to use on my new iPad pro 10.5 which restored perfectly.
