Hey,
I joined a group for family sharing as part of an Apple Music thing, but after that happened I werent been able to buy anything through the App Store.

I don't have a paying method installed, and the Family organizer does (with which he is paying for the Apple Music subscription), however everytime I want Tov download an app, even if it's free, it doesn't let me download I think until the family organizer will put some code or something.
Why can't I buy something with my own account? How do I disable this nonesense?

I think you need to be registered as an adult for you to download apps. I have my mother shared with me for some apps I've bought

This is called Ask to Buy, and is automatically enabled for children under 13, and can be enabled manually for 13-18 year olds.

You will have to ask your Family Organiser to turn off Ask to Buy for you.

It still tells me to make him insert his payment method data, even though he made it possible for me to even approve Ask to Buy requests from other people.

Why do I depend on his account, how do I make it possible for me to make my own purchases?

That is a standard iTunes Store thing for all users. When you have a new device or new/changed account you must verify your payment details the first time you buy something.

But when I place purchases it will bill my account right? Not his?

You need to verify *his* payment data once to check that you are an authorised user of that Apple ID. It only needs to be done once so just ask him to type in his payment details on your device when requested and then it won't ask you again.
