I'm trying to connect my newly bought iMac to my Pana TV.
I use a MDP to HDMI adapter and a HDMI-HDMI cable.

It seems to connect fine as the TV is registered in the pref pane and I can change res on the tv etc.
But there is just no activity on the TV, it's just a black screen.

And I also have the problem with the mouse lag when the TV is on and set to the HDMI channel I've conncected the iMac into.

I'm seriously thinking about returning it and getting a Mac Mini instead.
Only problem is that I got it delivered on september 21st. So the return period has expired.
But are these problems enough to return it as a defected iMac?

Exactly which MDP to HDMI adapter did you buy and where did you get it?
