Problem connecting to Server popup

I have a Mac Studio running 14.1.1. After the upgrade, I am getting a pop up saying "There was a problem connecting to the server. URLs with the type "file" are not supported. I have no idea what this means and I cannot permanently get rid of it.

Are you using a specific app when this pop up appears?

No. It starts on startup and I cannot figure what is running at startup now that wasn’t running before the update

Settings > General > Login Items
Anything in the list look old and might need to be updated? Or might be trying to load a local file?
