problem downloading firmware 3.1.2 !!!

hi

i have a problem downloading firmware 3.1.2 !!!
what i mean is that when the download i complete of the 3.1.2 firmware when i try to unzip it cant find the usual firmware icon that is the ipsw so i can use it with PT and jailbreak.

i downloaded twice from trusted sources the firmware but the problem continues.

do you have any idea why this is happening? am i doing something wrong?

PS this is not the first time i try to jailbreak an iphone.

Don't unzip it. Change .zip to .ipsw and point PT at it.

Are you sure you have JB before ?

I had similar problems at first but I found that downloading with FireFox as opposed to IE typically gets rid of that problem. Try it out, see if it helps. Good luck...
