I would like to enable WiFi Sync on my iPad 2 and my iPod Touch 3G, but I can't seem to figure out how to set it up. I have iOS 5 on both and iTunes 10.5. I am using an AirPort Extreme Base Station. I have read that there should be a button to check to enable wifi sync in the summary tab under options, but there is no button. I Only have the following:

Open iTunes when this iPad is connected
Sync only checked songs and videos
Prefer standard definition movies and TV shows
Convert higher bit rate songs to 128 kbps AAC
Manually manage music and videos

I don't have any way to enable WiFi Sync. Does anyone know how to do this?

Do you need to have the iDevice hooked up the computer via USB first before you can check-mark the WiFi Sync box?
