Problem: files opening as inline attachments. Please help

I purchased Noterize to be able to sign and email back, pdf forms that I receive via email. The problem is that when I receive the email, it shows a file attached, but then just opens the pdf inline.

This gives me no way to save the pdf file. If I press and hold on the inline email version, it only wants to save it as a image.

Is there not a setting somewhere that will allow me to save the pdf without having it open up in the email and therefor not give me the ability to save it.

Is there no one else whose pdf's show up as inline attachments as opposed to savable files?

Does anyone else have pdf files that have been emailed to them show the visible document in the email?
