Thanks for your reply , i want to highlight that this white point not exist while i remove the screen from the phone , i mean i tried to open the phone and hold the screen separately then opened the phone from the power button , and i did not find this problem appears on the screen , and when i assembly the phone again , it appears .

Note , its not appear on dark background , it only appears on the white or light colors backgrounds .

i tried to press it , it spread then shrink again , i am afraid keep pressing it then i lose my lcd .

:(:(:(:(:(

i observed that when the battery is full charged its voltage reading is about 4.18 V , then the point appears very strong

and it goes weaken while consuming the battery power .

It's not the pixels, but uneven backlights. I had it on my 5S. I suspect it was a physical damage to the display panel. In your case, it only shows when the screen is under the pressure in the fully installed position.

Does not look like dead pixels to me. Maybe pressure on the back of the screen like something is pressing on it. Maybe try taking apart again to see what it is.

actually there is nothing hitting the screen from downside , there is a space , i already opened the phone and i measured it .

I don't know how to fix it. I replace the display panel with a part ordered from eBay. It was a lot of work, to make sure the camera, ambient light and proximity sensor all works.

That fixed the problem, until one day a couple months later, the same issue happened at a different part of the display. I blame the poor quality of non-oem parts.
