PROBLEM: Infinite loop after Take 2

I have a serious problem here. After installing the Take 2 update I get to the new home screen menu but then it goes away and is replaced with an Apple logo, like its rebooting.

It's not rebooting, it just keeps going from the Apple logo to the home screen and back.

I've done a restore to 1.0 then updating to Take 2 a dozen times now and nothing seems to help.

This is an unmodified Apple TV.

Let it do its thing, mine did the same i thought something was wrong, does it show the apple sign and show a loading then after it loads it does the same thing over and over?

mine did that i just left it and it was installing.

Nope. This thing is pretty hosed. It won't pull down any movie posters or connect on YouTube and after a while it will crash and show the Apple logo.

To the Apple Store, batman!
