Problem installing apps with modmyi theme

When I install apps now from the app store on my phone, they install, but when the install finishes the icon disappears but they are on my phone still if i go to the appstore they are shown as installed but if i SSH into the app file then they aren't in there.

Any ideas?

Have you tried a Spotlight search?

Yep, they don't show up with 1 of those either. =/

Ok thats weird, i changed some settings in iProtect and an app i just downloaded showed up, the ones that i installed yesterday tho still don't show up.
