Problem installing Office 03 on xp pro through parallels.

I cannot install my copy of Mircrosoft office student and teacher edition 2003 on my VM xp pro through parallels. It cant find a certain file when I try to install. If it helps I can find out exactly what file it is and post it.

Is this a known issue? I formatted my hard drive with fat32 which is not the standard format for xp or 2000, and I know that Office is suppose to be run on xp or 2000.

I tried installing it again so I could take a screen shot of the error message, but it is now installing but it seems kind of stuck in the middle of the installation I think I will keep installing it until it finally works Parallels and XP are pretty much hit or miss.
