Hello, I have a server on Windows Server 2003 and a computer on Windows 7 64 bits
My goal is to recover my contacts, even messages from my iPhone, but it does not work.
I have an iPhone 4S with IOS 7
I connected it with a USB cable to the PC

the iPhone connected, IOS7 asks me if I agree to trust the PC, I say yes
Meanwhile, the PC launches the photo upload wizard, I accept and I can retrieve all the photos

Now, this is not my goal

I have installed iTunes 8.2.2 which accepts IOS 7 and my version of Windows
I have installed 4 free software like CopyTrans, iTools, PhoneTrans or other ...
No software recognizes the iPhone, message "no device is connected"

I noticed that the driver of the iPhone was not installed, so I recovered a driver English version on the Internet.
In my devices, the driver appears "Apple Mobile Device"

I tested various settings, I made several installations, but, nothing makes it impossible to access my data from the iPhone to retrieve them.

Is there a solution to this problem?
Thank you.

Why iTunes on Windows does not recognize iPhone 4S?

thank you

Why are you using a version of iTunes that is over 4 versions out of date?

I'd start there.

The latest version is 12.7.0.166.
