When I use Firefox, I can enter my name it and it will automatically begin logging on. It will say "invalid user." I have to enter my password first and it will still give me an error sometimes. The remember password feature of firefox is useless for me.

Anyone know what this could be? It works fine in Safari.

You know, it is funny you bring this up but I have had this happen in Firefox as well as my user name comes up and my pw comes up but it NEVER WORKS and I must retype it and it then works

I don't have it set for Safari though so I can't verify that

Not sure why though for FireFox

Got this yesterday - it sometimes happens in firefox.
Write down/remember what your password is, then delete the user account(s) from the keychain for mac.com me.com etc in the Firefox options, password chain section

Worked for me.
