During video recording the switch from normal to macro camera almost always does not happen automatically. I have to tap on the display to make the switch work. Am I doing something wrong? I enclose a video where the switch to macro doesn't work.
In this video of mine( link YouTube) the switch to macro happens automatically, but it doesn't always happen. And I was wondering if my iPhone has a hardware problem.Mine doesn't switch to macro mode when shooting video, the .5 option is not selectable when the video is recording either
Known issue
it doesn't always work for me... I haven't tried 4k60fpsI've just done some quick testing and it only appears to affect 4k60fps
If I choose any other format it switches to macro every time
if I select “video” without starting the video recording everything works perfectly, the problem occurs after clicking on "Record"As you can see, in 4k60 it doesn't want to switch to the ultra wide lense whereas 24 and 30 fps modes work fine.. I don't know if that's by design or a bug..
@now i see it where did you see that this was a known issue?
