I was at Cosco the other day. I connected my iPhone 6 to the photo terminal and for some reason not all of my photos loaded and I was unable to find a solution. Spoke with their Cell Phone guy and he did not know much about IOS devices but said that I was the fifth person with the problem and he was unable to tell me why all my photos did not load. My mom however has an iPhone SE and all her photos loaded on the Cosco photo terminal so I am not sure what the problem was. Anyone?

I understand what you did but do you use iCloud Photo Library on your iOS devices to sync all your photos? If you're not sure go to Settings>>>iCloud>>>Photos and see if iCloud Photo Library is turned on.
If it is then that’s probably why you're having issues. You would have to make sure that the photos you want to print are downloaded to your iPhone. I know that you see them but with iCloud turned on you're only seeing the small thumbnail version of the photo.
I'm of course not 100% sure that this is your problem but it’s the first thing I would check.
