Problem removing bootcamp partition

Hi Guys,

I had Windows installed via bootcamp, and decided to remove it using the Bootcamp Assistant however the following error popped up.

Your disk could not be restored to a single partition

I immediately googled it, and people were saying to go to Disk Utility and remove the windows partition and resize the Mac OS partition but that's where things got a bit confusing. I think screenshots will be best to describe my problem; I have a 256GB SSD, and according to Disk Utility there's 3 different partitions.

1. Mac OS (181GB)
2. Free Space (69.4GB)
3. Free Space (68.8GB)

Now I'm not maths genius, but I'm pretty sure that adds up to 319.2GB.

I tried to resize the Mac OS partition to 250GB but I get the following error;

It looks like you have FileVault encryption turned on for the Mac OS volume and as long as that is on you will not be able to resize the volume. Turn off FileVault and wait for it to unencrypt then try to resize like you want.
