Problem restoring from iCloud Backup

I need to restore my iPhone 6 from my iCloud backup, which is backed up every night. Before I started the restore process I tried looking for my latest iCloud backup in settings and I can't find it.
I don't know what to do if I can't find my prior updates. Anyone have suggestions on where my iCloud backup is or what I should do? Thank you!

The iCloud backup is in settings,iCloud, Backup. (Top item ois10).
Are you restoring in iTunes?

Why don't you make a local iTunes backup also just to be sure before you restore it.

I don't use and I dislike iTunes, but I may need to do that.

For some reason on my iPhone 6 under setting my iCloud is missing.
