iPhone Problem selecting date and time

Hi all,

so I have this very annoying bug that when I use the reminder app and want to select a date and a time it jumps back and forth. Fun fact: this also happens in the Microsoft "To Do" app. Any suggestions?
Watch closely when I try to select 9:30 it jumps back to 9:15, very annoying! This happens with the day too, so I want to select friday and it jumps back to wednesday etc.

Oh and it's an iPhone X with 13.4.1

Are you talking about the scrolling selection thing? If so, I’m seeing that across apps that use it. Very annoying.

Yes. I want to select friday 9 : 30 and it jumps to 9 : 15. Or from friday to wednesday.
