Has anyone else tried to set up online billing at att.com/MyWireless?

I've entered in my phone number and gone through the account creation process numerous times after the confirmation number is texted to my iPhone. Each time I use the password they text me, I get the following error:

"L151: Our records show that the wireless number you entered is not registered for My Account.

If this is your first time accessing your account information online, you first need to complete registration.

Error number: L151 "

This is frustrating because I'm trying to register for "My Account", and the error message that tells me that I'm not registered seems redundant.

Has this happened to anyone else? Any work-arounds for it? I've searched here and Google and haven't found anyone else writing about this.

I have the same problem

Patrick, I am having the same problem. Two phone calls to AT&T today and they still don't know what is wrong. They are opening a trouble ticket.
 
Doesn't surprise me at all.

Not related to wireless but my landline/DSL via AT&T, it took me a month to get online billing working. They say you can register for an account, so I enter all the information but at the last step they tell you that you need a special number only found on your paper bill. WTF?

And to top it off, they have several online account managers. For example, if you have their U-Verse service (TV, phone, internet) you have a seperate login manager from the more typical phone/DSL accounts. Confusing as hell. I got stuck trying to get into the U-verse manager for several hours.

There's no consistency, for some reason.
 
Well I'm glad to hear that I'm not alone. Lets see if AT&T resolves the issue soon.
 
AT&T Support just called to say the problem was corrected. I just checked and I am now registered and can access My Account with no problem.

Still no luck for me...looks like I'll have to call them on Monday.
