Problem syncing exchange with iPhone calendar

So I added my exchange account in settings and the exchange calendar is checked in the calendar app. Unfortunately, none of the events are showing up in the iPhone calendar app.

Anyone have a FOS for this?

FOS should have been fix. Sorry LOL. My company uses FOS has field operations supervisor and my phone auto corrected it.

Yes. All events show up on the web as well as in outlook and calendar on widows 10. If also shows up in outlook on my iPhone. It’s only the native calendar app.

Just to be sure, the exchange calendar is checked ON in the native calendar app, right? (in the native Calendar app tap Calendars at the bottom of the screen to bring up all calendars)
