I am getting the message "Some of the videos in your iTunes Library, including xxxx, were not copied to the iPod "xxxx" because they cannot be played on this iPod. Common error I think, and I have researched it a lot on this forum and others.

Problem is, I know there is nothing wrong with the format. I had these same exact videos on the iPod. Yesterday I was trying to sync some additional music and videos, and it would not add anything new. So after messing with it for a while, I decided to just do a restore. But now when it's copying some of the exact same videos, I am getting this error. So the forums are saying to use the iTunes feature to convert to iPod friendly format or something like that, but I really don't think that's necessary because these have always worked. Any ideas??? Thanks!

These are M4V files, and oddly enough, it doesn't have a problem syncing some of my M4V files, but a handful it won't. So did something recently change with iTunes, or iPod software? It is a Fifth Generation 80GB iPod Classic, and I have not updated iTunes or the iPod software recently that I know of. It is running ver 1.3 of the software, and iTunes 10.
