Problem viewing Amazon prime video

I remember having problems with Silverlight last year. I did fresh installs and upgrades to Flash and Siverlight and neither works, same error message.

Chrome it is!!!!!!!!

Thanks all for helping.
 
IIRC, I have neither flash nor silverlight installed-- and I can get 1080p streaming through Safari.
