problem with 3gs and pwnage tools

i am using a 3.1 factory iphone 3gs meaning it came with 3.1. I'm using pwnage tool 3.1.4 the newest one and running it through, but after the restore to the custom ispw i am not getting att signal...

i chose no for activate and no for never being pwn before that's correct right? because if i chose yes for activate and no for pwn then it doesn't let me restore to the custom ispw

any help ?

If it's a new 3GS, you're out of luck.

See the article here on the new ROM that Apple has introduced to thwart unlocking and jail-breaking. Maybe you can swap it for a refurb if this is the problem.

no pwnage tools supports jailbreaking for 3.1.x out of the box,

i forgot to do activate instead of not, that's y. I have att service with data plan, just wanted to jailbreak to get custom ones XD

all fixed working like a charm now on to removing that stupid pineapple symbol hehehe

Did you get the jailbreak and unlock to work? If so how? What did you do?
