problem with 9.3.2 Pangu/Cydia jailbreak

I jailbroke my 9.3.2 several months ago and haven't done much with it since. Now when I attempt to run either Pangu (semi-tethered) or Cydia, the apps seem to load but get immediately minimized so I can't do anything with them. It looks like they are running in the background but as soon as I try to switch to them, they get minimized/closed. Any ideas?

Also I don't seem to be able to remove Cydia or the app it installed (there is no X on their icons). If I remove Pangu will it automatically remove Cydia and the Cydia-installed app? Should I try redownloading Pangu/Cydia and reinstalling? Should I try to get to 9.3.5 and do that jailbreak?

Any help is appreciated, I'm really stuck.
