Problem with APP2

I recently found my left AirPods battery dead. Right was 100% as was the case at 100%.

I forget the APP2 and went to reconnect them to my phone. Didn’t work. I’ve reset them mult times. Followed all the instructions online to reconnect them. Nothing. I’m so bummed out.

Any suggestions here. I guess I could go to the Apple Store but what will they do? It’s a lightning plug set of APP2.

I have something weird going on too. Left AirPod dead when the right was fully charged. Fully charged my AirPods and case last night, now just got an alert that the battery is low. I’m always suspicious of recent firmware updates when things suddenly get bad.

I had that happen. Can't remember which it was but there was some gunk down in the port preventing one of the AirPods from charging. Cleaned it with a q-tip and rubbing alcohol.

Any ideas for my problem. I can’t connect my app2 to my 15PM

Could be worth cleaning the electrical contacts within the case, down where the stem of each AirPod fits. I use a cotton bud.
