Hello,

I have an iPhone 6 / ios 12.4.7. The battery is at its maximum capacity (100%) and is a genuine Apple battery changed in Apple store at the end of 2018. I've tried to download music albums so I could listen to them off-line with Apple Music. I started to realize shortly after not only the iPhone was heating, but the battery was starting to go down very fast. I turned the iphone off for a while. It didn't change anything and in one evening the battery ended up at 1%. After a loading night, not only was the iPhone hot, but the battery started to melt again. That's when I realized that Music was always trying to download albums. I tried once again to turn off the phone, without success. Music was always trying to download without I could do anything. So I removed the application, with difficulty, since I was forced to reboot the iPhone to have Music disappear. It didn't change anything in the battery. I turned the iPhone off for 30 minutes, but it didn't change anything. Between 11:00 am and 01:00pm the battery has gone to less than 20% when I only used the iPhone for two Apple pay payments. Only two or three applications are updated in the background and are not among those that consume the most. I've never had a battery problem with them. Will reinstalling the iPhone solve my problem or do I have to look elsewhere? Besides, if I reinstall it, can I use icloud's backup?

Thank you
