iPad Pro Problem with Banner Pull Down Notifications

Has anyone seen this? Sideways emails in the pull downs. Anyone have a solution? This is a 2018 iPad Pro 11 inch.

Everyone with iOS 12 has that. You can close the window by clicking the X, trash the message, or mark it as read. What’s the problem?
 
Has sideways emails in the pull down? I don’t think so. FYI I have deleted all email accounts and reset them up and still I get these messed up pull downs.
 
I would think it's just the message. It looks like an image. You're saying that all emails look like that in the notification pull down? I don't have an answer for that?
 
All my email notifications when pulled down are sideways like the one is the image. All other notifications if pulled down are fine. Just emails.
 
That is weird. Have you tried completely shutting the iPad down and restarting it?

I agree with you. It's not right. In your picture, the iPad is in landscape orientation. When it's in portrait, are the emails still rotated sideways?
 
In portrait, the email notification when pulled down is in landscape.
