Last night, I watched a video from iTunes, and everything was fine. Today, I installed the update to EyeTV 3.5.5 on my 2011 Mini (running 10.7.4), and I have been having trouble with videos from iTunes since. They are TV shows processed by Handbrake. When I play them either through Quicktime or iTunes, the image has blocky moments and smearing into colour bands in the lower part of the screen. This applies whether I play them on the computer or on the ATV 3. I'm probably not explaining it well, but that's what I'm seeing. I also have Flip4Mac installed, and I have updated that to the newest version; I have Perian installed as well. I also have a Turbo 264 HD. I have repaired permissions, unplugged both the Turbo and my EyeTV HD and plugged them back in, rebooted the computer, and allowed it to be off for a while and then to restart. The same videos play fine on VLC. The only thing that has changed on my computer since yesterday is the new EyeTV update. Is anyone else having this?

Thanks

 Apologies for a false alarm. There were a group of about ten files that I had processed on the same day. All of those videos show the symptoms I described. However, when I tried a wider range of videos, the others appear to be all right. It must be a defect in the settings I used on Handbrake. I'll try processing them again.
