I get a ridiculous number of spam calls, so my phone is in Personal focus mode during the day, which only allows calls if you are in my contact list. At night, it's in Sleep mode, which allows calls only from my wife. Here's the problem: On occasion, I'm expecting a call from someone not in my contacts, so I turn off Personal focus mode. Even though no focus is on, I still don't get calls unless they're in my contacts. That's a problem and I don't know how to fix it.

Bingo! It is set to On. I assume that means it silences unknown callers even when there is no active focus. SO, to get all calls, I need to turn off Personal focus AND turn off the 'Silence Unknown Callers' setting. Geez, please don't tell my friends and neighbors who all think I'm an Apple genius. 😂
