Problem with gaming on bootcamp

So I installed bootcamp on my MacBook, and the driver's cds. Overwhelmed with excitement I loaded AoE III and launched the application. Then my hopes were shot down when I saw the clunky graphics and glitching, quite unplayable. Is there perhaps a driver I am missing? Please help....

I'm no gamer, but the MBs aren't made for gaming so this should be normal.
