I Want to know what the problem of the iPhone
The iPhone is stay on 1% and not go more of this.
I don't know why its happen ,
This is the way I ask here
And I need you to help me with this.
I tried to log the iPhone with this item but its still not working.
Who can help me to know what the problem of the iPhone
I don't know what to do????
Sure its not Charging socket .
and its new battery

Have you tried charging wirelessly? I had an iPhone X with a borked charging port - kept it going another year with just wireless charge methods.

You mentioned it has a new battery - was this put in by an Apple ‘genius’ or by Abdul from “Phones N Vapes R Us” off the high street?

Try cleaning the lightning port of the phone using a tooth pick (or anything other suitable, it just shouldn’t be too hard to not damage the contacts)
