problem with keyboard...

hi guys, i just purchase a new iMac recently & i having this problem for my keyboard, i can't press letter "a", although sometimes able to press... i try to plug to other usb ports and this problem still the same...

now i can only copy the letter "a" and paste it...
did anyone have this problem before?

Take your keyboard to an Apple Store and have them replace it.

Take your keyboard to an Apple Store and have them replace it.

i just call the store and they have to send it to the HQ in Singapore to do the exchange... and that takes for about 4 working days...

*latest finding ====> shift + q was unable to display out the letter "Q"*

what's wrong with the keyboard...
