problem with Mac Pro 2,1 multi boot with win 7

ok, i'll try and explain the problem, i have an old Mac Pro 1,1 with updated firmware to 2,1. has the ATI Radeon HD 5770 video card, and 2 hard drives for now, one with Mountain Lion running 32 bit, the second drive had Mavericks, Yosemite, and ElCapitan preinstalled running 64 bit. also have 32 gigs of ram.
here is what has happened, i went and partitioned the first drive to install win 7 professional 32 bit on the first drive. the install went well. then MS decided to install driver for the video card, when it rebooted, the screen would start to show normally, then instead of going to a desktop screen it stayed black. cursor was there but nothing,. then hitting like enter or another key would get the windows logo and nothing else.
so i had to shutdown, and start up into safe mode and remove the driver they installed and then when i rebooted back up it works fine. in device manager, it shows generic video card.
now the video card had been flashed to work in a Mac Pro by the seller of the video card.

another idea as to what is going on. i am planing on installing win 7 ultimate 64 bit soon after i create the modified DVD so it will install and run 64 bit, but the video card driver problem is crazy.
any ideas.

Two ideas
Don't let windows install GPU drivers, it only does that when no driver is installed. Download it yourself from AMD website.

It really shouldn't matter, but you can try other port on 5770 to see if all are acting the same (but, again, win shouldn't care about EFI in gpu rom chip).

ok thank you. i just created 2 install disks to install win 7 or win 10 64 bit on my Mac Pro. spent yesterday creating the ISOs. and then burned them and also looking at videos about making windows recognize the SATA drives and so on.

just an update, i got it working. i put the 4 OSX operating systems on one 1 TB hard drive. divided equal, and used carbon copy on one and Super Duper on the rest of the drives.
then i used the old Mac Pro drive for windows. installed with that drive being the only one. installed my version of win 7 ultimate 64 bit modified, then i put the win 10 pro 64 dvd modified to do a upgrade. all it good, windows fixed the reboot problem, and now i have the anniversary version of windows 10 Pro 64 installed and running. it sees the 2 dual core and also sees the 32 gigs of ram.
Hrutkay Mods was a big help in getting this done. he has tube videos and shows how to get this to work on the Mac Pro 1,1 and 2,1.
