Problem with my contacts

I had my iPhone jailbroken a while ago and it got a virus on it. I would like to reformat the phone but I dont wanna have to write all my contacts down and put them in the phone again. Is there a way other than syncing that I can get the contacts off the thing?

A virus ? Do you mean the SSH worm ?

That is the only malignant issue I have ever heard of for the iPhone.

I do not believe it will cause any issues if you sync.
