I've never jailbroken any of my iPhones. I currently have an iPhone6 ios 8.1.1 and I'm on a mac book pro. I don't know if it makes a difference but I'm running on OSX Yosemite 10.10.1. Anyway, I've downloaded Pangu8 and installed it, however, when I plug my phone in it will not allow me to press start jailbreak. I've turned find my iphone off, disabled the passcode and turned it on airplane mode. I'm not sure what else to do. I've looked into going the virtual machine mode, but it seems awfully complicated, and I am so not tech savy. Can someone help me with Pangu? I'm attaching a screenshot of what it looks like when I plug my phone in and try to start it. Thanks!

If you can't do a virtual machine, you'll either have to find a friend with a PC or wait for the Mac version...if there is one. There's no estimated time on when that will be available.
