Problem with Notes

I have the worst time with notes with icloud. Doesn't matter when or where, every time I add a new note to phone, it takes FOREVER to appear on my computer and vice versa. I have both notes "on" in the icloud settings. Is there something I am missing? what is the proper way to get updated notes quicker on either device?


EDIT- even checked the icloud.com The new notes arent added there either.

iCloud is down right now according to news. I had this problem too. It's going slow.
