Problem with Quark 6 toolbar

I was working on building the newspaper where I work last week and I somehow accidentally changed my toolbar from vertical with all the buttons on top of each other, to horizontal with all the buttons side by side.

I have tried everything I can think of and cannot get it to go back.

Can anyone tell me how to switch it back.
