Problem with Quickreply for sms

I installed this app on my i4 last night and it works perfect on my phone. Then I downloaded it on my wifes i4 and it only halfway works. If she's in an app see can quick reply to a text without closing out the app but the volume press action doesn't work. I looked in the activator settings but couldn't find anything. I tried to reinstall the app that didn't fix it either. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Oh and by the way I paid for the app it's not cracked.

I bought it earlier today, when I receive messages springboard crashes and I have to reboot my phone.

Works fine for mine and my wife's i4 so far.
You have the latest updated version right?
Try reinstalling. Rebooting the iphone after that and see if it goes thru.
Not sure if any other package would conflict with it but I doubt it.

I have bitesms and everything is what I expected. I loved it so much, I changed all its icons to the regular messages icon and even named it "Messages" I would love to remove the regular MobileSMS.app and replace it with bitesms.app

this afternoon all of a sudden my springboard crashed and when I came back from safe mode Quickreply didn't work anymore. I downloaded bitesms and I'm trying that. I haven't had any problems with it yet.
