Problem with Sharing on iMac

I enabled Folder sharing but never succeed. Last night i tried to share my printer and failed again. I tried to contact apple support and they told me everything was fine. I need to reinstall fresh EL Captain. I did it but till the same. I disabled the firewall but no luck. My iMac can't be discovered in network.
Do you have the same issue? Any resolution for this?

I'm using Wifi to share.
