Recently, I've been having problems with my 3GS. Sometimes I can't seem to text or call even though I have full bar of service. Then I usually try to shut down the phone and try to start it. When I try to shut it down, it would show the "loading" logo, then my lock screen would magically appear, then couple seconds later, the phone would shut down. Anyone experiencing this? And does anyone have a cure? And yes I have done a restore.

Me too man! I have the issues with lost connection despite the phone showing full bars, and when I go to restart the phone, sometimes it just goes to the lock screen and then shuts down..... There are tons of other threads about the lost connection issue, including in apple's own support forums, but I haven't seen much about this weird shut down problem. It's 3.1.......
