Hi!

I have a cMP 5,1 with Win 10 installed on a SSD. I got a sound problem.

Q The RealTek sound option disappear very time I install RealTek sound.

Does anybody know how to keep it? I have installed it a couple of times now and very time I shut down and restart it is gone.

What version of the bootcamp drivers did you install? I installed a newer version from my 2014 Mac mini, but it didn’t include the Realtek drivers, so I had to install those from the older bootcamp drivers that corresponded to my Mac Pro5,1.

My latest experience with win 10 was that those drivers aren’t even necessary unless you want to be able to use the cMPs internal speaker. From memory windows will have drivers for just about everything else audio wise. Too bad Apple never included a driver that allows us to use the front 3.5 mm mic along with the stereo output. That would have been handy =/

Hi!

I trying to use the backpanel 3,5mm headphone, but it is not register as an option. I can not activate it. I use RealTek and it works after I installera it two times and then I have to ”use the wizard” to fix it. Restore to default. Then I can use the backpanel 3,5 mm headphone plug. Strange?
