So my phone works awesome (iphone 4) but randomly when I text, some times when I go to look at a message it will be stuck on that particular conversation and all the buttons at the top of the screen, including the name etc are gone. So it can't click back or anything. And it stays like that until I restart the phone. Anyone else have this issue?

Yep, happened to me once. I thought it was interesting so I took a screenshot of it. However, it has never happened again.
Try restoring it and if the problem persists on a regular basis, get it swapped out by showing all the screenshots (press sleep/wake button and home button simultaneously and release quickly) to the Genius bar as evidence.

Happens to me at least twice a week. Strangely it only happens when someone texts me first. Have to restart phone to return it to normal. I reported it to Apple about a month ago and never heard back.
