iPhone Problem with Winterboard

Hi, I am new here and i Have a iPhone 3GS with 6.1.3 with a semi tethered JB from redsn0w.
Using Winterboard i am unable to change the slider it remains the change even after applying the theme can anyone provide me a solution?

Also i am unable to find a solution to that. If the problem is addressed before please provide me a link to that.

Are you moving the slider theme to the top of the themes list in winterboard

Ya did that too but it's not working.

Winterboard only. But that doesn't seem to help. I tried everything to hide the slider but that doesn't seem to happen.

try a reboot or a different tweak to hide the slider like springtomize or subtlelock

I can remove the slider with that but lockscreen doesn't work
